Modern Open Table Format integration with ODP

Apache Hive introduced a widely adopted table format for data warehousing in the big data ecosystem. Modern open table formats provide enhanced capabilities for managing data lakes, including improved performance, scalability, and data management.

Open table formats provide capabilities such as ACID transactions, time travel, historical snapshots, branching and tagging, Change Data Capture (CDC), and CRUD operations.
