- Select Share to apply the access configuration.
Audit Logs
Data Product activity is captured in the centralized Audit Logs, accessible from Operations > Audit Logs in the left navigation. You can use the Audit Logs to track all create, update, and publish actions performed on Data Products across your namespace.
Filter Audit Logs for Data Products
To isolate Data Product entries in the Audit Logs:
- Navigate to Operations > Audit Logs.
- Select the Type filter and search for data-product.
- Select data-product from the list and click Apply Filter.
The log view updates to show only Data Product entries. Each entry includes the following columns:
Column | Description |
Type | The entity type. For Data Products, this is data-product. |
Action | The action performed on the entity (for example, Updated, Created). |
Action Status | The outcome of the action (for example, Success). |
Method | The interface through which the action was performed. For Data Products, the method is Browser. Possible values across all entity types are: Browser, System Calls, or API or SDK. |
Message | A human-readable description of the action performed (for example, Data product 'Test-DP' has been UPDATED). |
User | The email address of the user who performed the action. |
Timestamp | The date and time the action was recorded. |
You can further narrow results using the Action, User, Action Status, and Method filters, or search for a specific record using the Search by Entity ID field. Use the time range selector in the top-right corner to adjust the log window (for example, Last 7 days).
