Ranger HBase Plugin Test Connection Fails

Clicking Test Connection on the HBase Ranger policy in the Ranger UI fails with NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class org.apache.hadoop.hbase.trace.HBaseSemanticAttributes (HBase RPC tracing classes fail to initialize on the Ranger plugin classpath).

The impact is limited to the test connection only. Policy resource autocomplete/lookup still works, and policy enforcement is unaffected.
